114 guys get together in a secret locked room and decide who will be one of the most powerful men in the world. Somehow, that seems rather cockeyed to me.
Truthfully, it's not much different from how our President is elected when it comes right down to it. Yeah, we get to vote but only on the people that the PTB pick.
